Amyx, Inc. Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Registration

Alexandria, VA, June 29, 2009 — Amyx, Inc., a management and technical solutions provider and a "trusted partner" to Federal Government clients, is pleased to announce its approval for registration to the ISO 9001 standard – ISO 9001:2008 – the world's most widely used Quality Management System (QMS) benchmark. International certification body and the leading North America’s management system registrar QMI -SAI Global conducted an intensive audit of the processes and procedures in place at Amyx headquarters to verify compliance to the ISO standard. This is the first corporate certification for Amyx and demonstrates the company’s commitment to quality by Executive Management and is supported by all employees resulting in exceptional customer service.

ISO 9001 was developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To be certified to the standard, companies must implement a well documented QMS that ensures consistency and improvement of working practices, including products and services produced. ISO certification reinforces through an independent third-party that Amyx operates a QMS in accordance with guidelines set forth in the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

The ISO 9001:2008 certification confirms that Amyx has a quality management system in place that is implemented, tightly controlled and consistently applied. This includes a highly effective process for the continual improvement of the quality management system through the use of an enterprise wide quality policy and quality objectives, internal auditing, data analysis, corrective and preventive action and management reviews to ensure continued compliance, improvement, and effectiveness of the QMS.
