What Our Clients Say...

I want to personally express my thanks for adding another outstanding employee to the team and how impressed I am with his performance at USTC. He has contributed heavily to leveraging P3l capabilities with a "proof of principle", creating MCC reports using Business Objects.....he has broken the code. USTC, J6, Chief Engineer

Community Outreach

Amyx is committed to giving back to the communities in which our employees work and live through contributions of time, financial and mentoring support.

2008

As part of our Gift of Giving for the Holiday Season, Amyx worked with New Hope Housing as a way to give back to the community collecting items and donating boxes of unwrapped toys and clothing. This store allows shelter residents the opportunity to shop free of charge for gifts for their family members. New Hope Housing supports numerous shelters in the area, one which has 51 family beds and cribs to support families in need. They also oversee the Eleanor Kennedy Shelter at Ft Belvoir where we worked earlier this year.

A thank you to all of our employees that generously donated items to help us make someones day a little brighter this time of year.

Turkeys for Thanksgiving - As part of our ongoing commitment to our communities, this Thanksgiving Amyx provided and Amyx senior management personally delivered over 300 pounds of turkey to local DC and Northern Virginia organizations. These donations were delivered to So Others Might Eat (SOME) an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation's capital and to the Eleanor Kennedy Shelter, part of the New Hope Housing network whose vision and mission is a home and bright future for every man, woman and child in our community providing homeless families and individuals shelter and the tools to build a better life.

A big THANK YOU to our Battle Creek employees who worked with Habitat for Humanity on Saturday, July 16th to help refurbish a house. They were assigned to a new home that was being built for a family in Battle Creek. The home was near the completion stage when they arrived and they worked on the finishing - tiling, grout, painting, trim carpentry. Everyone had fun and enjoyed contributing to an important cause.

A big THANK YOU to our Northern Virginia employees who volunteered for the afternoon at the Eleanor Kennedy Shelter on July 22nd,to prepare, cook and serve dinner to the 50 residents. They were responsible for creating the menu, gathering all the ingredients, prepping, cooking, serving and the final cleanup. Everyone had a great time in the kitchen and was a great way to give-back to the community and an opportunity to make a difference.
