Job Description:

This project creates an aligned effort on the part of the contractor in that is emphases are on the contractor’s role as an active team member whose role is to augment government personnel in a non-personal collaborative manner to ensure that USJFCOM programs are thoroughly researched, reviewed and timely executed. The contractor shall provide professional, technical and subject matter expertise necessary to meet enterprise operational mission requirements while adjusting to the program, priority and task changes as a matter of routine, in a manner simplified through the use of contractor composites teams. It is essential that the contractor processes a clear understanding of the range and depth of the command’s mission and is prepared to support the mission in all phases. The contractor is responsible for preparation and training of its work force to support task requirements.

 

Preferred Skills:

10+ years of PM/senior management (systems programs) - program/project execution - program planning - program assessment - process development - requirements development/generation - contracts execution - budget preparation - process controls - milestone development - POM process -PPBES in DOD /military and/or corporate level environment. Ability to develop and manage Joint Operational Requirements and Architeectures.

5+ years as a manager in DOD Joint environment.At least 0-6 (Colonel) level, management/operational technical director level at a major Echelon II command or equivalent position in the private industry.DAWIA Level III or PMP certification is a plus.

Variety of Program Management experience in IT, Weapons systems, and other support capabilities.
