Project Description:
  A Defense Agency requires analytical and process documentation support for their Business Cycle Teams.  The Defense Agency will develop end-to-end process documentation for the Enterprise IT operations using the expanded and tailored ITILv3 service management framework.  The outcomes of this effort will directly support resource stewardship governance efforts (internal controls) and other enterprise level strategic objectives.  All processes touching the business cycle will be reviewed.  The ongoing results of the effort will be incrementally reported to the Executive Director for Enterprise Solutions and ultimately to the Chief Information Officer. 
Job Description:
The incumbent will serve as part of the team, and provides wide-ranging analytical support in identifying and documenting a system or application performance, function, and physical attributes against its requirements, design and operation product over the course of its life.

Qualifications:
 Experience with IT service reporting.  The incumbent should reflect a detailed working knowledge and experience with software change management practices and related tools.  Must have specialty skills in MS Suite – Word, Excel, Access, Project management, and Power Point.  Some prior experience and systems/application familiarity with DLA is a plus.
