Title: Business Analyst

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates and manage the Integrated Master Schedule
• Determine and identify partner activities
• Interfaces with Program Manager, partners, and staff
• Capture, document, and track all activities within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Requires attendance at meeting, teleconferences, workshops, webinars, etc.
• Develop, document, and distribute minutes, briefing charts, and actions resulting from those sessions.
• Requires a working level technical and administrative skills, and computer system knowledge and experience.
• A working level knowledge in a supply, warehousing, or personal property disposal is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in Risk Management; Ability to dialog at functional, technical and managerial levels within solution set
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely in all formats in a way that others can understand
• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
• Ability to produce products in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, preferably at advanced levels.

• Minimum of 3 years project planning experience using Microsoft Project.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Project) required.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem solving/analytical skills.
