Position Duties and Responsibilities:

 

•          Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.

•          Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.

•          Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.

•          Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.

•          Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.

•          Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.

•          Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.

 

 

Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Clarity System Administrator.
  • Experience in MS Project, Excel, SharePoint and Word is required. Working knowledge of Documentum, a plus.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to reprioritization as dictated by business need.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications, able to develop reports and communicate findings.
  • Needs demonstrated ability to work independently under specified objectives, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze project requirements and scheduling needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow Program and Project Management standards established by customer Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information and manipulate data into clear and understandable reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders with evidence of willingness and ability to express and protect departmental interests. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
  • Maintain a current awareness of ethical and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional customer service focus and experience is required.
